Indemnity & consent

I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate. I understand that UV exposure carries risks, that there is no such thing as completely "safe" UV exposure, and that I will follow the guidance of the Colléa team. I accept responsibility for the use of the Colléa UV Collagen Tan Can in line with the instructions given.

I have read and accept the indemnity above, and I confirm I am 18 or older. I consent to Colléa processing my personal information to manage my account and sessions, in line with POPIA. Keep me posted with news and offers (optional).
